3.Pricing & Payments

All prices on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and don't include GST or shipping fees, which we'll add at checkout. We use secure third-party payment gateways for all transactions. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount, including all taxes and fees, and confirm you're authorized to use your chosen payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at team.mashivas@gmail.com.

After 12 hours, we start processing your jewellery to make sure it reaches you on time, so we won’t be able to cancel or make changes once that happens. Please double-check your details before placing your order to avoid any mix-ups.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We'll ship your jewellery to the address you provide. We'll give you an estimated delivery time, and a tracking number once your order is dispatched. While we always aim for timely delivery, we're not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details you provide. If a delivery fails due to your error, you'll be responsible for any re-delivery costs.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
