Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across all serviceable locations within India.

Processing Your Order

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12 AM IST will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your location.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Shipping Fee: A flat fee of INR 100 applies to all orders.
    • Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 5–7 business days for most major cities. Remote or less accessible areas may take up to 10–12 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above INR 1000.

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. We do not offer express shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Important Shipping Information

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will usually make 2–3 attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful, it will be returned to us and re-shipping costs will apply.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Mashivas is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. Returned packages will require re-shipping charges.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused at delivery, it will be returned to us. No refunds or exchanges will be processed for refused packages.
  • COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders include an extra ₹50 handling fee.
