A. Exchange is only possible if the product arrives damaged.
  • You must email us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A complete unboxing video is required starting from tearing the outer delivery bag and ending with the damaged product clearly visible.
  • Without this video proof, we’re unable to process an exchange.
